Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed minus any operational costs, including shipping and transaction fees.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected & Transfered within 7 workdays.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges for a different size are accepted within 1 day of receiving the order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Shipping fees for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
• If you are travelling or have special circumstances, please inform us at the time of receipt to discuss possible accommodations.
